**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Nursing required; Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, or EdD) preferred.
– Current, unencumbered New York State RN license.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role.
– Proven track record in program development, accreditation processes, and clinical partnerships.
– Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
– Passion for advancing nursing education and supporting student success.
