Client agrees to complete questionnaire, answer questions in an interview, and provide as much information as possible in order to create your résumé & materials.
Fees are payable via our website.
ce fees are paid, initial meeting completed, and proprietary worksheets released, fees for services are neither cancelable nor refundable, even if service is terminated before it is completed.
Résumé fees include the review of the completed exercises/questionnaire, up to a one-hour interview, discussion of strategy, the first draft and up to two sets of changes, if any. In other words, you review the first draft, make changes, and approve or make minor changes to the next version.
The content and suggested format of the résumé are discussed during the interview.
Client agrees to return Proofreading Agreement with approval/changes within 2 weeks of receiving draft. If Proofreading Agreement is not returned by then, it is assumed that draft was acceptable.
Ed-Exec, Inc. is not responsible for information obtained from client that is inaccurate or incorrect. Please be accurate with your titles, job descriptions, dates, education and activities.
Ed-Exec, Inc’s liability is limited to the completion of work. Ed-Exec, Inc. assumes no liability after resume has been proofread and Proofreading Agreement has been signed. It is agreed that in the event of any legal action, the laws of Connecticut will apply, that venue will lie in Hartford County, CT, and only the courts located there will have jurisdiction over the parties.

Completion Time:

Normal turnaround time is 7-14 business days from receipt of proprietary questionnaire and completion of interview. Rush charges will apply if required time is faster. We will help however possible.
