Vincent
Scaramuzzo is the President of Ed-Exec, Inc. in Glastonbury, Conn.,
one of the leading executive search firms in education. He has consistently
been ranked in the top 2% of all recruiters worldwide by Management
Recruiter’s International, the world’s largest executive search firm.
Vincent is also a contributing author to Career College Central’s
magazine and web site. As a specialist in the education field, Scaramuzzo
works nationally with Universities, Colleges, Online and Career Schools.
Vincent graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s Degree
in Accounting Management. He enjoys playing competitive softball and
spending time with his family on the shores of Rhode Island. |
Fred is responsible for
direct recruitment and project development at Ed-Exec, Inc. He has
more than 15 years in Direct Sales and Corporate Sales Management
primarily in the Technology Sector working with both Fortune 500 companies,
including Airborne Express and T-Mobile, as well as several private,
entrepreneurial ventures in which he built and overhauled sales forces
to revenue and profit targets leading to successful IPO’s. A strategic
and dynamic leader, Fred’s sales regions and teams continually have
been recognized as being in the top 10% amongst their respective peers.
Fred graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Sociology with a Concentration in Economics. Fred enjoys playing and
watching all sports, is an avid golfer, and a dedicated father to
his 2 children, Abby (14) and Ben (12) |
Ross recruits
and places top candidates nationwide. He comes to Ed-Exec from Merrill
Lynch, where he was a team leader for Connecticut Magazines Top 20
Wealth Management Group. Ross is a graduate of the University of Connecticut
with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. During his time at
UConn, he served as an active member of the University Board of Trustees.
On the weekends, Ross enjoys watching and playing football and cheering
for his beloved UConn Huskies. |

Her 20+ years of experience includes providing résumé writing and related job-search services to executives, managers and professionals. An award-winning résumé writer, she serves on the Certification for new résumé writers for the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches, and is featured in over 30 books on résumés, cover letters and job search strategies. Louise has a master’s degree in psychology from Marshall University and a post-graduate degree certificate in career guidance from Long Beach State University. |
