Research: Strategic planning for the most effective means for sourcing target candidates. During this process we will work with the client to identify sources of desirable candidates – who they are and where they are working now. These will include but not be limited to Universities, Colleges, On-Line schools, Companies, Associations, and Diversified Candidate Pools.
Recruiting: Potential candidates are actively sought from direct competitors and parallel sectors located locally, regionally or nationally. This approach takes place by targeted cold call recruitment, our cloud based internet research team, along with the support of our expansive database and industry relationships.
Assessment: One of the most important steps in our process. Combining behavioral and targeted interviewing techniques, our clients are ensured that the candidates presented possess all necessary, as well as many desired skill sets which will prove their value as an exceptional performer.
